With an extensive facilitation background and a focus on trauma-informed pedagogy I have considerable experience with post-natal depression, psychosis, anxiety, eating disorders, NSSI and substance use disorders. Significant lived experience drives my passion for delivering MHFA. I strive to educate, reduce stigma and increase understanding and empathy.
