The MHFA Refresher is completed 100% online via a 5 hour (total including breaks) Teams webinar. The session is an interactive, instructor-led, video conferencing session that includes various activities, scenarios, and in depth discussion.

This course gives participants an opportunity to refresh the knowledge and skills learnt during the 12-hour Standard Mental Health First Aid Course (or Online Workplace/Community MHFA course).
